About our School
Cornfield is a school maintained by West Sussex County Council, for students aged 8 to 16 who have social, emotional and/or behavioural difficulties.
The Cornfield Curriculum
Students in years 5 to 7 follow an adapted programme of study for Key Stage 2; students in years 8 to 9 follow a personalised learning curriculum which includes GCSE’s, vocational and public examination syllabuses, college link courses and work experience.
Our aim is to provide our students with a supportive learning environment in which they can grow into responsible young people ready to take their place in the world of work.
