We  look for an experienced, flexible and highly motivated people to work in an exciting and lively environment – a mixed, secondary day school for students with social, emotional and behaviour difficulties. We can offer training and further professional development to successful candidates who want to make a difference to the lives of students who need your support.

This very successful and dynamic SEMH school is expanding! There is a wonderful opportunity to join our expanding KS2 provision in a brand new purpose built specialist facility within our existing school.

 

We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic and passionate teacher to join our school, with the ability to inspire and motivate students. Cornfield is a very successful KS2-4 SEMH school with particular strength in meeting the diverse needs of challenging students.

 

You will be an inspirational teacher and effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills. You will have the motivation to ensure that students not only receive a high quality learning experience, but also achieve their full potential. We are seeking to appoint a talented and committed teacher with the ability to

  • Lead and enthuse students in Y4/5/6
  • Work as part of a dynamic team to raise the aspirations of our students
  • Teach across the full age and attainment range with highly differentiated interventions
  • Be committed to improving literacy/numeracy together with social skills across the age and ability range of the school
  • Be passionate about improving life chances for SEMH students beyond school

 

We offer excellent CPD and an extensive induction programme. This post would be suitable for experienced and recently qualified practitioners wanting to commit to the challenge of working to attain the highest possible achievement with challenging students.

This is a rare opportunity to join our very successful SEMH school where we have a very strong ethos around Outdoor Adventurous Activities. All boys join in from Forest school to fully accredited Canoeing, climbing and other adventurous pursuits.

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate teacher or instructor to join our school. Using your ability to inspire and motivate students, the post holder will lead and develop the Outdoor and Adventurous Learning Curriculum.
